Image rights information

We are obliged to comply with EU data protection regulations and naturally always endeavor to indicate the author of an image/portrait on our website and ask for permission. Despite research and, if necessary, requests for publication on our website, we may have made mistakes. We have researched the copyright holder for all images/portraits of people and made a request. For those images/portraits for which we have not received a response, we assume that copyright has been waived if no author is indicated. We merely want to give the name a face with the images/portrait. If you are the author of an image/portrait shown here, please contact us (contact@odmp.eu). We will correct the information given here immediately or delete the image/portrait if necessary! Some of the images/portraits shown here are subject to the copyright/terms of use of the respective European country in accordance with applicable law or EU law. Images that were taken 70 years ago or more after the death of the author are therefore generally free to use. If we have made a mistake with an image/portrait, please send us an e-mail to clarify the matter. For all other images/portraits, we have obtained the permission of the identified author and named them here. Here, too, an error may have been made by incorrectly naming the author.
We do not want to deliberately violate the law, but we also want to give our colleagues who have been killed a face! We ask for your understanding for our approach and hope for your understanding! Thank you very much...
