THE STORY
Circumstances of death
On July 13, 1992, Colleg Roe was driving his patrol car on Main Street between Waterford and New Ross heading toward New Ross when he was involved in a traffic accident. Garda Roe was taken to a hospital where he succumbed to his injuries a short time later.
