THE STORY
Circumstances of death
On 09/26/1999, fellow patrolman Richard Nolan and fellow patrolman Ambrose Fogarty were en route to a fight outside a nightclub. On the way there, they were involved in a traffic accident. Colleague Nolan died as a result.
