THE STORY
Circumstances of death
On June 9, 1992, Garda Linehan was attending an official motorcycle training session. He was involved in a collision in Concon, Tullamore, Co. Offaly. He was taken to the General Hospital, Tullamore, where he died as a result of his injuries.
